How we review hospitality software

hospo.tech is built around operator situations, not vendor wishlists. A system that works for a three-person espresso bar might be the wrong fit for a multi-site restaurant group.

What we care about

• Venue fit: café, restaurant, bar, pub, QSR, food truck or multi-site.
• Australian availability, support and pricing clarity.
• Integrations with payments, accounting, rostering, ordering and bookings.
• Operational failure modes: outages, staff training, exports and support.
• Disclosure of affiliate/referral relationships where relevant.

What we will not do

We will not publish fake star ratings, pretend every vendor is amazing, or ship a public software directory before the data has enough density.
